Change of heart? We're here for you! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days for store credit or a new item. Please note, refunds aren't available at this time.

Return Policy
To make a return, your item needs to be just like you got it: unworn, unused, not damaged, with tags still on, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy too. We want to help, but we can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions.

We'll let you know if your return is approved and give you instructions on where to send your package.


Important: Don't send anything back without checking with us first. We can't accept it otherwise. We don't cover the cost of additional shipping costs.

If you're nearby, just drop off your order with a team member within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you store credit or exchange it for something else we have in stock.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item first. Once we approve the return, let us know at isalinacollections@gmail.com that you'd like an exchange. We'll put one on hold and help you with the process.

Oops, Something's Wrong?
If your order is defective, damaged, or just not right, contact us right away at isalinacollections@gmail.com or fill out our contact form. We'll fix it for you!

Bought From Another Store?
For items bought from other stores that sell our jewelry, we can't do returns, exchanges, or price changes. You'll need to talk to that store directly about their policies.

Processing & Shipping

Domestic Shipping:
We ship all domestic orders using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and you'll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your package.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to get your order ready. If you ordered custom jewelry, it might take 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Possible Delays: Sometimes things get busy during sales or holidays, so there might be a slight delay.

Shipping time starts when USPS receives your package. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Important Notes:
Once your order is shipped, we're not responsible if it gets lost, stolen, damaged, or goes missing. We also can't cover any extra costs that might come up.

For any questions about your order, just email our customer service team at isalinacollections@gmail.com.

We don't refund shipping and handling fees unless your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing (we're really sorry if that happens!). In those cases, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your package gets returned to us or you refuse it, we'll have to charge you for the shipping using your original payment method.
